200 Burpees 04/04/2009

Arrrrrgh… Had trouble sleeping in my London Hotel last night. I couldn’t hear the sea and got all the sounds that come with sleeping in Islington, London at the weekend.
Anyway 6am and I had 2 hours before breakfast. So challenge time.
Also I should mention that I fasted while travelling from Tenerife to London yesterday. It just worked in really well for travelling, so this session was done after an 18 hour fast..
Workout 5 of this weeks programme included 200 Burpees with 10 V-sits each time you stopped!
So 200 Burpees and I reckon 60 V-sits later….. ah the joys.
This is such a good programme. I was able to get a HUGELY intense workout in a tiny space this morning with no equipment required.
It was one of those keep it simple days.. I like it!
There is supposed to be an evening element to this session also but won’t be getting that in today.
Roll on next week when I can settle in to a bit of a routine when the course is over and I get to Scotland.
