Starting Week 6 a little behind schedule…. 19/04/2009

After two weeks of one thing after another interfering with my Fat Loss Action Blueprint programme. I am ready to pick up where I left off…
I was sporadic at best in week 5, week 6 was a non starter! Between Missing buses from London to Liverpool, having no internet access and my family wanting to just have a holiday without me running off and leaving them to do my training sessions.
I just decided to kick back and chill. I was still active, being roped in to rip out a kitchen and prepare all the new stuff to go in… hmm holiday, I was told that was what it was!
Anyway, also after my course at the weekend I decided that I would pull back a bit and work on some corrective exercises for a few weeks..
Do you remember me commenting on how ‘wonky’ Iwas in my first set of pics?? Heres a reminder….
So you can see my erm ‘slight’ lean to the right in the first picture.. well it would appear that my right side doesn’t function very well…at all. Everything I do looks ok but my body has learned to compensate so much for the imbalances that it may take a little bit of work to get me straight again.
So plenty of specific exercises to activate muscles that were pretty much dormant and some stretching for those that had gotten tight. Some sacral decompression work to release and re-align a twisted sacrum and i should be nice and ‘straight’ again!
It’s just a shame that I didn’t bring one of my colleagues back to Tenerife with me to fix me up, as that would have made life so much simpler!
So starting tomorrow, Panthress journey re’-commences. Should be fun as my diary is the fullest it has ever been since I arrived in Tenerife. All good stuff!!
