We are at the end of week 3 on our journey to Panther like fitness courtesy of Jon Le Tocq of Storm Force Fitness!! This weeks workouts were entitled…. Vomet Comet..Pulse Myramid..Boxers Dream and Clear the Deck..using a pack of cards to choose your workout.

Want to lose the FLAB
It has been fun. Vomet Comet was finished just half and hour ago and I thought I’d quickly log in and let you know my progress before I go and replenish my energy.
I had mentioned earlier in the week about how I had struggled with energy to do my calorie burning, fat busting workout but since then I have re-evaluated my reasons for doing the programme and I am in the process of putting my mind map into a list form so that I can get it posted up on the web.
But very briefly….lets have a quick look atĀ what these training sessions are designed to do….
INCREASE STAMINA
IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION
BURN FAT
INCREASE METABOLISM
Now, whilst many people would just be looking to lose weight or get a flat stomach, lose the flabby arms or the thunder thighs..this programme will do all of this.. and more!
Next weeks workout seem to be a little less intense… apparently so that we can get some recovery in before being ‘pummeled’ in weeks 5,6 and 7! Bring it on
And beforeĀ I forget I …..pics, they have been taken but I haven’t posted them this week… My flexibility has improved…I don’t have any aches and pains other than those directly resulting from my training. So it’s all good and I am a happy test dummy

Hey all. This weeks data is as follows……
Measurement wise.. the only change is in the waist measurement. Going down from67cm to 66cm.
The Final two workouts of the week were right up my street, short fast powerful interval work. Thouroghly enjoyable, completely tiring and very quick to do, with both coming in under the 40 minute mark.
If you are looking to lose Fat and change your shape in the least amount of time possible then this programme will do just that.
If you look at my measurements you may not be convinced but you have to remember that I didn’t have too much excess to start with. The more extra fat you are carrying the more marked the results would be.
Jon Le Tocq at Storm Force…he’s a slave driver but it’s all good!!
